Sunset Doggo is an original pastel painting on Colourfix 300gsm archival paper.
This beautiful golden retriever was swimming in the ocean as I went for my walk one hot evening in November. The water was almost flat and the ripples were reflecting the pale pink and gold of the sunset and the blue of the overhead sky. I couldn’t resist jumping in and snapping a couple of photos to use as as inspiration for this painting.
